The latest safety EU rules :EN 12453-12445; EN 13214-1 fixed a new and severe standard of safety. The mechanism itself, without added safety devices , must assure the highest level of motion control in order to immediately detect an obstacle and switch off power ans pressure. Allducks with it’s d.c. gear technology &electonic softwares, produces in accordance to this requirements. Safety bean are an optional device to improove even more your safety and avoid contact with obstacle. |
To verify the compliance with the new UE safety rules, after all instalaltion, the system can be tested with a dynamometre that shows pressure results simulating an obstacle at 50, 300 and 500 mm measured from the closed position.
